House of the Good Shepherd is a non-profit, Christian organization committed to caring for the poor and needy. The heart of our organization is to share and demonstrate God's transforming love. Rebuild the lives of the broken and offer dignity to those who feel cast aside. Our team efforts involve meeting the spiritual, physical, emotional and social needs of hungry, hurting and homeless men, women and families.

House of the Good Shepherd has been established to offer Hope to the Hungry, Hurting and Homeless. In 1993 our ministry began as a small community outreach and shelter. Since then we have grown dramatically to meet the needs surrounding us. Many people who have walked in the face of loneliness, hopelessness and despair have found House of the Good Shepherd to be a place of new beginnings.

We continue to reach out to our communities with love of Jesus Christ, showing Christian compassion, serving with integrity, and offering effective programs and community care. Our objective is to encourage those who are open to receive wholesome counsel and a hand up amidst storms of life and hardship.

We are thankful to those whose generous support helps us meet the ever-increasing demands for our services. Because people care, we are able to bring hope to many precious lives.
