The House of the the Good Shepherd, a non-profit organization, was founded in 1993 by myself (Pastor Rob McGrath), my wife (Kamlesh), Troy Gaglardi and Griff Simmonds as an outreach to the homeless helpless and the lost on the streets of Vancouver & the Lower Mainland, as well as an overseas outreach to India.

Prior to being the director of this organization, I have experienced fifteen years of prison life, drug and alcohol addiction, other types of abuse and life at its worst on the streets. With the help of God I have overcome these obstacles.

The purpose of this outreach is to serve at street level and within the prison system, providing a sanctuary away from the streets, where values are taught through counselling and life-skills training.
